About the Founder Oliver Hoffmann Founder & Owner, One Charlotte Realty Oliver Hoffmann is an international real estate entrepreneur and brokerage executive with more than 25 years of industry experience. Fluent in four languages and raised across England, Switzerland, Germany, and France, Oliver brings a global perspective to real estate, business, and leadership. He relocated to the United States in 2003 and became a U.S. citizen in 2008. Since opening his first real estate brokerage in Cannes on the French Riviera in 1999, Oliver has built and led multiple successful real estate companies in Europe and the United States. His first brokerage grew to 15 agents, a dedicated manager, and a portfolio of more than 100 property listings before its successful sale. After relocating to the United States, Oliver established a brokerage in Miami and later expanded to Charlotte, North Carolina, following the 2008 financial crisis. Within five years, his Charlotte brokerage became an established presence in the local real estate market and was successfully sold. Today, Oliver is the Founder and Owner of One Charlotte Realty and also serves as Broker and Owner of Pompano Beach Realty and Gainesville Realty in Florida. His career is defined by entrepreneurship, strategic growth, and a proven ability to build real estate brokerages across diverse markets. Beyond real estate, Oliver is a commercial pilot with a Learjet type rating and has flown extensively throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. With decades of international real estate and business experience, Oliver continues to lead One Charlotte Realty with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and exceptional real estate service.
