Oliver Hoffmann is the Founder, Owner, and Broker-in-Charge of One Charlotte Realty. With 27 years of real estate experience, he has built and operated brokerages in France, Florida, and North Carolina, bringing an international perspective and hands-on leadership to the agents and clients he serves. Oliver founded One Charlotte Realty with a clear mission: help sellers keep more of their equity while receiving the professional marketing, negotiation, and personal guidance they expect from a full-service brokerage. For agents, the company’s competitive listing fees create a compelling opportunity to attract sellers, win new listings, and grow their businesses. His career began in 1999 in Cannes, on the French Riviera, where he built a brokerage with 15 agents and more than 100 active listings before selling the business. After relocating to the United States in 2003, he established brokerages in Miami and Charlotte. Today, he also owns and operates Pompano Beach Realty, which he founded in 2013, and Gainesville Realty. Raised in England, Switzerland, Germany, and France, Oliver speaks four languages and understands the different perspectives clients bring to buying and selling property. His approach centers on clear communication, practical advice, and attentive service. Outside real estate, Oliver is a pilot with a Learjet type rating who has flown more than 35 types of aircraft throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.
